Caldwell Equipment SalesSellBuy

Surplus equipment deserves a second life — and a serious buyer.

Caldwell Equipment Sales moves used industrial machinery for manufacturers, lenders, and estates — buying outright, selling on consignment, and connecting North American sellers to a global network of qualified buyers.

Caldwell Equipment Sales is built around one discipline: getting used industrial machinery back into production as efficiently as possible. When a seller needs clean certainty, we purchase outright — no auction risk, no waiting, no unsold residuals sitting on a floor. When the asset mix calls for patience and a higher return, we structure a consignment arrangement, marketing the equipment aggressively to our full network until the right buyer appears. For larger plant dispositions, we conduct formal liquidations and auction events, handling the logistics from asset tagging through final removal. Appraisals and valuations are available at any stage — whether a lender needs a defensible number, an owner needs to benchmark a deal, or an estate needs documentation before any sale decision is made. We also handle complete business sales and turnkey facility transactions, where the contracts, real estate, and M&E transfer together as a single package. In those transactions we coordinate every component so nothing falls between the cracks. Whatever the path, the goal is the same: matched equipment, satisfied sellers, and a transaction that closes.

The Caldwell difference

Remarketers live or die by their network, and Caldwell Equipment Sales has spent years building one worth having. We are not a listing board. We are active buyers and sellers who carry inventory, know the buyers who are actually in the market right now, and price equipment against transactions rather than wishful asking figures. That orientation keeps our sellers from leaving money on the table and keeps our buyers from overpaying for machines that do not perform. Extrusion lines, fabrication cells, and grinding equipment are the categories where we concentrate the deepest inventory and the sharpest pricing — but our reach covers the full range of plastics and metalworking assets. When a facility closes or a product line changes, we are the call that turns idle capital into cash.
